Adventure Summary
Involves trekking on remote trails in variable weather conditions for up to eight hours a day.
This may include successive days at altitude not generally exceeding 5500m. You will need a high level
of fitness, be prepared to carry a daypack weighing up to 10kgs and as with all our adventures, be comfortable
about walking in adverse weather conditions.

This trek is not to be taken lightly, the ascent alone involves one day of trekking approximately 11-15 hours made more strenuous by the effects of altitude and extreme cold. Proper training is essential but will be rewarded by the sheer exhilaration of having conquered the highest free standing mountain in the world!
