Adventure Summary
These treks may spend successive days at altitude and are usually between 10-15 days in duration.
You will need a good level of fitness.
Involves trekking on remote trails in variable weather conditions for up to eight hours a day.
This may include successive days at altitude not generally exceeding 5500m. You will need a high level
of fitness, be prepared to carry a daypack weighing up to 10kgs and as with all our adventures, be comfortable
about walking in adverse weather conditions.

Landlocked Laos is one of those places where time seems to have
stood still, and Cambodia will charm even the hardened traveller. Enjoy the serenity of Luang Prabang, with its tranquil Buddhist temples and pretty riverside setting, experience the bizarre formations at the Plain of Jars and stand in awe at the majesty of the Khmer kingdom when you visit the Temples of Angkor. Cycling to pristine waterfalls and along quiet country roads will give you a true glimpse of these beautiful countries. Before you depart you’ll make a real difference in the lives of local people as your fundraising will provide water tanks and household toilets to rural Lao communities.
