  So many people travel the globe without ever experiencing the
  beauty and wonder of their own country. The Australian Outback
  Marathon takes you to the very heart of the Red Centre. This land
  is world famous for its exceptional natural beauty with spectacular
  rock formations, Uluru, surrounding sand plains and unique cultural value. The course is predominantly off-road, made up of bush trails and unsealed tracks. Every turn will send red dust flying and offer stunning views of Uluru and Kata Tjuta. You will finish this adventure knowing you have been part of a unique Australian running event where you have experienced the wonder of the Australia outback and raised critically needed funds for the Cathy Freeman Foundation.
