Autism spectrum disorder is a lifelong disability that affects the way a person communicates and relates to other people and the world around them. One in 160 people have autism, making it twice as common as cystic fibrosis, cerebral palsy, childhood deafness or blindness and ten times more common than childhood leukaemia. Yet awareness remains remarkably low. There is no cure, but with the right specialist support, like that provided by Aspect, there is hope. Aspect is committed to helping people with autism achieve their full potential and lead happy, fulfilling lives.
Inspired Adventures designs, manages and leads charity challenges and marathons for people of all ages and fitness levels. Our 2011 NYC Marathon program is on target to raise $600,000 for 5 charities across Australia! These inspired adventures and inspired marathons will empower you to change the world, and let the world change you.
